Private in-home training offers an unmatched opportunity for individual attention and progress. Unlike many club or gym settings, the atmosphere is comfortable and focused, and the attention is on you and how we can best help you achieve your goals. The specifics of the training vary widely; a program is carefully developed to suit your needs, abilities and preferences, and evolves over time.

Named “Best Female Private Trainer in the Hamptons” three times by Dan’s Papers, Jamie maintains a year-round practice in the Hamptons. Her client population includes both men and women, and has ranged in age from pre-pubescents to the frail elderly and from one-time vacationing visitors to those who commit to five sessions per week. Many years of experience have helped give Jamie a significant edge, and she’s known for her responsiveness, versatility, commitment, and careful attention to detail – and her clients’ results.
